Key Responsibilities:

Outreach

  • Identify and research prospective leads
  • Execute cold and warm sms outreach, call prospects.
  • Follow up with leads consistently and track all engagement in the CRM.

Marketing Campaigns & Tasks:

  • Develop and collaborate with internal teams to develop assets.
  • Develop, coordinate and manage review generation campaigns.
  • Contribute to social seeding strategies and community marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting virtual info sessions or partner briefings.
  • Assist with other marketing task as needed
  • Help and manage lead generation, engagement efforts and update contact sheets
  • Other task as needed by Management

Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Create and distribute outreach emails to veteran-related blogs, podcasts, YouTubers, and news/media contacts.
  • Draft talking points, media kits, and partnership decks as needed.
  • Schedule and execute intro calls to build relationships with media contacts and community leaders.
  • Track press outreach activity and earned media coverage.

Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

  • Research relevant micro-influencers ( Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) focused on veterans topics.
  • Send outreach messages via email, or LinkedIn, then follow up with calls or meetings to close collaborations.
  • Influencer onboarding, briefing, and content delivery schedules.
  • Monitor content quality and campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in outreach, marketing, influencer business development, PR, or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Proficient and Strong communication (in English) and interpersonal skills—especially in email, meetings and phone conversations.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts and handling outreach follow-ups.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with MailChimp and Zoho is a plus
  • Able to work on EST time zone (8 hours full time)
